Selling is pretty straight forward. I will take a look at comparables, like properties that have recently sold and are similar to yours. We will go over these together and create a competitive price for your home. The listing agreement is just a few easy pages to sign. Photos are taken, I will get all info on your home with an easy form I use, including the highlights or improvements , and it will be live and active in our San Diego Multiple Listing Service in minutes! Our local MLS allows your property to be seen by thousands of agents and home buyers alike. My listings are linked with all the other real estate sites, like Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, and a host of others. These sites, along with my website and other media will allow for maximum exposure. Through marketing, you should have offers on your home in no time. We will go over all offers making sure the buyers are qualified and I will help you select the very best one to move forward.
Once an offer is selected, we will open escrow with the buyer(s). My job is to make sure all parties follow the contract guidelines for a smooth transaction. Escrow typically takes 30 to 45 days from the date of a signed accepted contract.
